By using any part of the Q-emuLator Lite package you indicate your acceptance of the following license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, destroy every copy of the package (or parts of it) that you have.

The author Daniele Terdina grants to the user a non-exclusive right to use the Q-emuLator Lite package, and to make copies of it for personal use.

THE AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limited liability

Restrictions
You are not allowed to modify the software in any way.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except for your own private use.
Distribution
Q-emuLator Lite is freely distributable, still it is copyrighted (i.e. it is "freeware") and the author Daniele Terdina reserves all the rights.
You are free to distribute the Q-emuLator Lite package, as long as it is the complete package in its original form and you don't charge for it (except at most for the cost of the media if you distribute it on floppy disk), nor rent nor lease it.
You may not sell, resell, sublicense or commercially distribute the package nor parts of it nor include it in commercial products without the written permission of the author Daniele Terdina.
The only exception to the above statement is that it is possible to include the package (provided that it is the complete package in its original form) in commercial CD-ROM software collections even without the expressed written permission by the author.
The package (complete and in its original form) can be freely posted to free information services; it may NOT be posted to an information service which charges its users without the express written permission of the author.
Note that Q-emuLator DEMO is part of the Lite package and the two can only be distributed together.
